JWS PAKISTAN Management Team consist of persons who have specialized professional backgrounds.
Ms. Warda Iqbal heads the human resource department at JWS Pakistan. She has introduced new concepts of human resource management within the company that have proven to be successful. Under her leadership, department has transformed more into a center of excellence providing energy, vitality and skills for the workforce. She is responsible to manage the entire staff of the company as well as in taking decisions like need identification, placing job advertisements, recruitment, selection, training, mentoring, succession planning and promotions.
Mr. Muhamad Jamil Anjum is the head of Accounts & Finance department of JWS Pakistan. He is credited with being one of the founding members of the company. He is a business graduate from University of the Punjab with over 18 years of experience of microfinance sector. Under his leadership, company has established sound SOPs for financial transactions at all levels. He has also been central in finalizing funds arrangement with several national and international investor groups for the company. His most recent contribution for the company includes registration with the SECP and transformation of an NGO into a NBFC company.
Mr. Imran holds a post graduate degree in social sciences (Sociology). He has been part of JWS Pakistan team since 2004. He is responsible for the operation strategies and business growth of the company. He deals to develop, refine and implement operations strategy including aspects such as area selection, product design and delivery, portfolio quality management, client outreach and communications. He is also responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the microfinance operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. He ensures that the company delivers an outstanding service that is client focused and efficient at all times.
Nazir. MBA banking & Finance & CA Article completed, he had started his professional career in 2005. He has 12 years of working experience with 10 years experience in Audit with various organizations including Manufacturing companies, Construction companies, Travelling and Hotelling NGOs and Micro Finance organization. Prior to joining the JWS Pakistan, he was the Assistant Manager of internal Audit in TH & Co Chartered Accountants Firm.
Mr.Islam has more than 12 years experience of developing, implementing and managing information systems. Besides being the founding member of JWS PAKISTAN’s information systems, he has undertaken several initiatives and spent a major part of his professional career with JWS PAKISTAN, managing different projects with leading local & international software development and management consulting firms. He has been the main driving force behind the development, upgrading and implementation of organization information systems. He Directs and ensures effective development of the IT Strategy and master plan for the company including infrastructure, security, communication, enterprise applications and support systems in line with business requirements.
Mr. Muhammad Javed has been part of the JWS Pakistan Team for last Six years and holds a Degree of M.Com in Accounting from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab Lahore. Mr. Javed came to JWS Pakistan with 6 years of Banking & Audit experience after realizing that his true calling was in the Development & Microfinance Sector. Mr.Javed is working as Manager Finance & Accounts in JWS Pakistan. His current role at the JWS Pakistan includes looking after all Finance & Accounts related matters on an on-going basis to better serve for the needs of JWS’s clients. Mr. Javed also provides support for Co departments in the Company for achieving its Institutional Goals & Objectives in its true spirit.
Mr. Tahir Hussain Shah is Human Resources Professional with more than ten years in developing and implementing HR policies. He has been part of JWS Pakistan team since 2009. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in human resources management. He is enriched in his professional career through implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company’s business strategy. He is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions. In his capacity as Manager HR, he Implements human resources program by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, payroll, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, performance analysis and all other HR related activities.
Khurram Hussain is leading the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (PMER) department of JWS Pakistan. He is a business graduate of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) with eight (8) years of experience in program design, management and evaluation. He has successfully managed funded projects of ADB, WB & USAID in post conflict environments. At JWS Pakistan, he is responsible to plan and implement monitoring & evaluation activities of lending program as well as gauge impacts of such programs. Apart from the regular monitoring of the business operations of the company, his department also conducts area profiling, product development studies, impact assessment and other technical feasibilities for the company.
